Referrals

Occupational Therapy Services require a physician referral in order to be treated. Physical Therapy services may be delivered on a limited direct access basis, with physician referrals required to extend services.

Patient referrals may be faxed to the OT/PT Clinic at 607-274-3514 or submitted online here: Physician's Referral - Formstack.

Clinicians

The OT/PT Clinic is staffed by faculty from the Departments of Physical Therapy and Occupational Therapy. All services are provided by New York State licensed physical and occupational therapists.

The Clinic also also serves as an integral component of the curriculum for occupational therapy and physical therapy students by providing: clinical experiences and patient demonstrations for many of the clinically oriented courses, an environment for conducting clinical research, and interdisciplinary clinical in-services. Current OT/PT students may take elective courses working with patients under the direction of a faculty member. Current OT/PT students are also hired as student workers to assist in daily operations.
