Fitness Evaluation

  • Resting Heart Rate and Blood Pressure
  • Pulmonary Function Testing
  • Body Composition Analysis
  • Flexibility Assessment
  • Muscular Fitness Evaluation 

Nutritional Education

Graded Exercise Test (GXT)

  • Resting, exercise, and recovery ECG, heart rate, and blood pressure
  • VO2max (measure of aerobic or cardiovascular fitness)

Fitness Prescription and Counseling

Each member will have an individualized exercise program developed for them designed by our Fitness Specialists. Counseling on goal-setting and motivational techniques as well as on pertinent health and fitness topics (nutrition, weight control, stress, etc.).

Supervised Group Exercise Sessions

Access to all classes daily Monday through Friday (see group exercise schedule)
