3 HP&PE Studenets receive the Peggy R. Williams Award for Academic and Community Leadership

HPPE Williams award winners Caitlin Catella, Morgan Wilber, Laura Benedict

Three HP&PE majors have been awarded the Peggy R. Williams Award for Academic and Community Leadership for the 2007-2008 academic year. Their achievements reflect the commitment to community building and health promotion of HP&PE students.  This year's HP&PE recipients are seniors Laura Benedict (Health Sciences - Nutrition), Caitlin Catella (Community Health Education - Nutrition), and Morgan Wilber (Health Policy Studies).

Ithaca College developed the Peggy R. Williams Award for Academic and Community Leadership to recognize students who excel in academic performance, perform service to the College community and nation, and represent an exemplary level of accomplishment. The most outstanding students representing the College are selected regardless of school or departmental affiliation.
