Michael Buck

About me

I earned my bachelors degree in Biology and Athletic Training from Canisius College in Buffalo, NY. I earned my masters degree from Beaver College now Arcadia University in Glenside, PA and graduated with highest honors. I earned my PhD in Educational Leadership with a focus in Higher Education from Touro University International.

I hold a license to practice physical therapy and athletic training from the State of New York. I am certified as an athletic trainer by the National Athletic Trainers Association. I am credentialed in Mechanical Diagnosis & Therapy from the McKenzie Institute USA and hold my certificate as a Strength and Conditioning Specialist from National Strength & Conditioning Association.

In addition to being part of the faculty at Ithaca College, I am also a physical therapist with Gentiva Helath Services, a home health care agency.

I am currently a member of the Horseheads Central School District Board of Education.
