The Campus Life Award is given each year to a select group of graduating seniors in order to recognize their outstanding contributions to the Ithaca College community through participation and involvement in campus life.  Over the years this award has become a coveted goal and valued honor.  In order to be nominated for this prestigious award, students must have been extensively involved in a number of areas of campus life and have demonstrated significant leadership abilities and accomplishments.

Students from the School of Health Sciences and Human Performance participated in the annual James J. Whalen Academic Symposium at Ithaca College last week.

The Whalen symposium showcases the best in intellectual and creative work by Ithaca College students, featuring research presentations by students from all five schools.

Students from the theatre department took on different roles last week to assist sixth year physical therapy students to get hands on experience working with patients with neurological impairments as part of a cross-departmental collaboration. 

Six student actors -- Aaron Roberts, Jose Useche, Alexandra Nicopoulos, Lydia Flock, Tyler Sapp, and Brooke Shilling -- participated across three lab sections of Neurological Rehabilitation II to portray different levels of recovery after traumatic brain injury from a motorcycle accident and various stages of Parkinson’s disease.
