Ellen Staurowsky Publishes in New Directions for Community Colleges Fall 2009 Edition
Dr. Ellen J. Staurowsky, Professor and Graduate Chair in the Department of Sport Management and Media, has recently published two articles in the fall 2009 edition of New Directions for Community Colleges.
The first is Gender Equity in Two-Year College Athletic Departments: Part I, which chronicles the impact of Title IX on community college athletic programs. The second is Gender Equity in Two-Year College Athletic Departments: Part II, which provides both a historical and futuristic view of gender equity in community college athletic programs
