        a. We discussed forming a committe of members to discuss ideas for the Student IABC conference at the Regional IABC Conference in October

        a. Rebecca will be talking to the PRSSA president about a combinded presentation with local Lourie Lynn. 

        b. This will be to honor Lourie Lynn for her recent acheivement in the communication realm

9. Below is the schedule of meeting arranged so far:
10. 1. The board will be meeting on a weekly basis on Tuesday’s at 7pm, location is to be determined
    2. General Meetings are to be held the 1^st Tuesday of every month starting in March. The first general meeting will be the Intro Meeting held on either the 7^th or 11^th of February
