A concert by student vocalists in the Ithaca College School of Music was broadcast on Christmas Eve by WSKG, the PBS television station in Binghamton. The hour-long program was taped earlier in the month in Ford Hall Auditorium as the School of Music presented its annual Winter Choral Concert by the Madrigal Singers, Women's Chorale, Chorus, and Choir. Ithaca College president James J. Whalen introduced the televised concert in a segment taped at Fountain Place. The program was produced by the Professional Production Unit of Ithaca College's Roy H. Park School of Communications.
