Accommodations for Parents
Residence hall rooms are available for parents and family
members on a limited basis for the nights of Friday, May 14,
and Saturday, May 15. Parents and guests may also purchase in
advance discounted meal tickets and/or meal passes.
Parents may request a room and/or meal passes by returning
their reservation form to the Office of Conference and Event
Services by April 15, 1999.
Requests are considered on a "first-come, first-served"
basis. If a request cannot be granted, or if cancellation is
received prior to May 1, a refund will be sent.
Cost: $30.00/single; $40.00/double, $50.00 deluxe (per
night, minimum stay two nights; linen, blankets, towels, and
pillows provided)
Registration: Friday, May 14, and Saturday,
May 15,
10:00 a.m.10:00 p.m., Emerson Hall
If parents cannot register during these hours, students must
register for them. All on-campus housing will close at noon on
Sunday, May 16. Checkout times will be posted at the registration
desk.
