"The Blues and the Ethnographic Truth," a "Reverberations: Music of the African Diaspora" lecture by music scholar and pianist Guthrie Ramsey, with a performance by Ramsey and fellow musicians Warren Oree, acoustic bass; Kasem Shaheed, drums; and Rick Tate Jr., saxophone; 7:00 p.m., recital hall.

LECTURE

"Unraveling the Gender Knot," a talk by Allan Johnson, author of The Gender Knot: Unraveling Our Patriarchal Legacy; 7:00 p.m., 112 Center for Natural Sciences.

CONTINUING EXHIBIT

A Priori, a show of photographs featuring the work of six faculty members; through April 4, Handwerker Gallery. The Handwerker Gallery is open Monday through Friday, 10:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m. (Thursday until 9:00 p.m.); Saturday, 10:00 a.m.–2:00 p.m.; and Sunday, 2:00–6:00 p.m.
