Team-Building Seminar

The seminar was part of the semiannual all-staff meeting held by the facilities services division of the Office of Physical Plant. Rick Couture, assistant director of facilities services, works closely with Mary Tomaselli, manager of leadership development in the Office of Human Resources, to provide more opportunities for personal and professional development for those in the division. "The facilities services staff played a very active role in this collaborative effort," Couture says. "The topic they requested for the January meeting was ‘working as a team.’ " Approximately 100 staff members attended the program.
