The board would like to thank outgoing member and senior class president Joe Gutierrez '97 for his participation and support of the alumni association.
A special note of thanks goes out to Rick Gebler '69, who is retiring from the board after 12 years of service. He was instrumental in the formation of our current alumni club network and served as our liaison with the Office of Career Planning and Placement. Many thanks, Rick!
The alumni club program continues to provide an excellent forum for staying in touch with Ithaca College and fellow graduates. Along with social events, Network Nights have proven to be highly successful in the College's major club markets, and specialized programs such as the Metro New York Communicat8ions Alumni Professionals "Network Days" and the National Capital Area Alumni Club's "Alumni-Student Connection" provide unique professional networking and educational opportunities for alumni and students alike. Contact the Office of Alumni Relations to locate the club nearest you, and get involved! Call 607-274-3194 or visit the Ithaca College Alumni Association Web page.
An alumni association brochure, expected to be available by midsummer, will serve as a primary source of information about services available to Ithaca alumni through the Office of Alumni Relations. Brochures will be sent to each new graduate and will be distributed to alumni through College-sponsored events, both on and off campus. For more information call the Office of Alumni Relations, 607-274-3194, or send e-mail to alumni@oa.itihaca.edu.
