New Director of Publications, ICQ Editor Marina Bandidos Todd, editor of the ICQ since 1988, has been named Ithaca College's director of publications. In her new capacity she oversees all publications produced at the College for distribution off campus --- some 700 annually. Todd replaces Peter Vaughn, who left the College for Duke University earlier in the year. The ICQ's new editor, Maura Stephens, reports to Todd and has considerable duties in addition to editing the magazine. A former Newsweek editor, Stephens was founding editor and CEO of Absolutely Florida Internet magazine. She has also run her own company, Maura Stephens Editorial Direction, for a decade. She has written features and essays for many publications on a wide variety of topics, including education, race relations, health and medicine, lifestyle, family, travel, and horticulture.
