What’s NextIn many ways, Ithaca College is experiencing a form of jet lag, wherein its initiatives to diversify are moving quickly but the campus needs a little extra time to catch up. It may be a while before high school seniors from Harlem are clamoring for Ithaca College applications or before all physical therapy graduates are equipped and comfortable enough to work in a Latino community. But the ticket has been bought and the flight plan filed. "Ithaca College has changed the ways that it is handling the issue of
diversity," says sophomore LaToia Hosey. "Now it has to work on changing
