The online payroll customer service survey form may be accessed through those links and will be available for use at your convenience until 5:00 p.m. Friday, May 30.
The online survey process is completely anonymous. No identification of the sender is attached to the response; it arrives with a numeric tag only. We hope you will take the time to complete the survey and provide your thoughts and suggestions for the payroll office.
