Yoga at the Fitness Center

The Fitness Center is offering eight weeks of yoga this summer on Wednesdays from 5:15 pm to 6:15 pm. The first four weeks (May 28 to June 18) will be at a basic level; the second four-week block (July 23 to August 13) will be intermediate.

Classes are free and open to any members of the campus community who are authorized to use the Fitness Center.

The instructor for this series is Gerard Dunphy RPA, MS, a physician assistant at the Hammond Health Center and lecturer for the School of Health Sciences and Human Performance, . He is a certified yoga instructor who also teaches at the Robert Colbert Wellness Center.

This series is sponsored by the Office of Human Resources and the Office of Recreational Sports.
