Self-Help for Hard of Hearing People (SHHH) is a national advocacy group for individuals with hearing loss. SHHH will be meeting for the first time on the Ithaca College campus on Tuesday, November 18, 6:30-8:30 p.m., in Williams 323.

The guest speaker will be Linda Stock from Cortland, New York. She will be sharing her experiences with a cochlear implant and also plans to provide resources for finding information about hearing loss on the Internet.

All SHHH meeting are free and open to students, faculty, staff, and community members who either have a hearing impairment or are interested in learning more about living successfully with hearing loss. All meetings will be hearing accessible with captions and induction loops available. Additional information about the national organization is available at hearingloss.org.
