Gordon Rowland, chair and associate professor in the Department of Organizational Communication, Learning and Design, coauthored an article with two graduate students, Amber Lederhouse and Diana Satterfield, that has been accepted for publication in Performance Improvement Quarterly, a peer-reviewed journal in the field.
