The biology department's Jason Hamilton will present "Science and the Human Prospect: A New Social Contract for Scientists" onThursday, November 11, 4:00 p.m. in CNS 112.

Everyone is welcome and all scientists are especially encouraged to attend.

Refreshments will be served beforehand (3:45-4:00 p.m.) in the first-floor lobby. Please bring your own reusable mug for beverages -- reuse, reduce, recycle!

The biology department offers a seminar series each semester representing a broad range of topics in biology. These seminars are open to the entire College community. Students are invited to meet with the speaker in a small group following the talk to answer questions related to the topic presented, or to answer questions regarding different careers in biology.
