New Paper and Envelope Ordering Procedure

General Administrative Services and the purchasing department announce a new ordering procedure for plain copier/printer paper and non-printed envelopes for next-day, desk-top delivery.

General Administrative Services and the Purchasing Department are pleased to announce that effective Monday, August 29, 2005, all plain (non-printed) white and colored multi-use copy/printer paper and plain (non-printed) white, manila, and Tyvek mailing envelopes will be ordered and purchased DIRECTLY from Staples via the on-line office supplies ordering system ( for next-day, desk-top delivery.

A list of all available paper and envelopes with prices will be found on the Staples on-line ordering home page under “Shopping Lists.” For ease of ordering, former IC paper products item numbers will be cross-referenced. All paper must be ordered by the carton (10 reams per carton/500 sheets per ream) with the exception of 11x17, 8-1/2x14, 8-1/2x11 3-hole punched, and colored paper that can be ordered by the ream (500 sheets per ream).

NOTE: Paper products and envelopes will no longer be available from Duplicating Services effective Tuesday, September 6, 2005.
