Still hesitant about joining our group? Don't be! Weight Watchers is a good, sound program that will teach you how to eat and exercise sensibly while you exchange ideas with a group of friends on the same mission. From recipes to tips on eating at restaurants while still maintaining healthy habits, Weight Watchers is chockful of great ideas. Come and listen to new products your fellow group members have discovered, and learn the tricks they have figured out to help them stay on track! You don't have to go on this journey alone; others are there to encourage you!
The next Weight Watcher session begins on Tuesday, November 1. Meetings are held from noon to 1:00 p.m. in Whalen 2310. Cost is $159 for 16 weeks, and can be paid in one or two equal installments. In order to start the new session, we need 15 members. Please contact the on-campus coordinator, Anne Woodard, at firstname.lastname@example.org or 274-3811 to sign up before November 1.
