Dr. Arnold Presents at National Conference

Dr. Margaret Arnold, Therapeutic Recreation and Leisure Services (TRLS),
recently presented at the National Recreation and Park Association
Congress in San Antonio.

Her first presentation entitled, "Maybe I Should Become a Professor"
was co-presented with Carolyn Clarvoe who is a senior recreation management
major in TRLS. Dr. Arnold also facilitated and chaired the session
"How to Deal Effectively with the Media" with Dr. Geof Godbey from
The Pennsylvania State University and Dr. Kathy Spangler from
NRPA Headquarters. Dr. Arnold also received a plaque recognizing
her contributions as a national board member of the
Society of Recreation and Park Educators.
