The Purchasing Department wishes to notify all campus departments that a sales rep from Office Depot has been attempting to set up office supplies accounts by giving the impression that they have the sanction of Purchasing.
Solicitation by outside company representatives without an invitation or a permit is against college policy. Purchasing has negotiated office supply agreements with Staples Business Advantage and OfficeMax for the use and benefit of the college. If you are approached by an Office Depot representative, please refer them to Gail Wagner in the Purchasing Department, 14th floor West Tower. Thank you.
