The Wellness Clinic is offering a limited* membership for new participants who need some extra help to succeed in reaching their goals.
What you get:
All of the great benefits of a regular membership at the Wellness Clinic -- a Comprehensive Health/Fitness Appraisal including
-Medical History/Health Habits Review;
-Graded Exercise Test with ECG and VO2max;
-Individualized Fitness Prescription;
-Goal Setting and Motivation Counseling;
-Supervised Exercise Sessions;
-Exercise Classes including Yoga, Core Strengthening, & Group Cycling;
-Monthly Health/Fitness Lectures;
-1 Personal Training Session per week;
-Weekly e-mail and phone contact with your fitness specialist;
-Monthly Progress Reports;
-Reimbursement Incentive: $25 back to you at the end the spring semester if you reach a short term goal and another $25 back at the end of the year if you reach a long term goal (goals must be appropriate and agreed upon between client and trainer).

the $150 ($25 more than regular fee) membership fee by 2/1/06.
