Consul David Saranga, who previously was a Director of Studies and Lecturer in Marketing Management at the Open University in Israel, is speaking to students about the concept of 'Branding A Country':

Consul Saranga discusses market research that has taken place regarding Israel as a brand, and explains what the Israeli Foreign Ministry is doing in the name of branding Israel; how far it is possible to brand a country, how one goes about it and so forth.
