Margaret L. Arnold, associate professor in the Department of Recreation and Leisure Studies, recently published a refereed article entitled, "The Science-Practice Gap among Recreation Managers with HR Responsibilities," in the Journal of College Teaching and Learning.

The article was coauthored with Margaret Nowicki and is the result of a research project supported by the Center for Faculty Research and Development.
