Contributed by Cheryl Kramer

Gerontology Institute director John Krout and jurors Janice Levy (associate professor of cinema, photography, and media arts) and photographer Sheryl Sinkow will discuss the exhibition, How We Look: Images of Aging, at 12:15 p.m. on November 6.

A juried photography exhibition aimed at increasing student awareness of stereotypes of aging, How We Look also provides student-photographers the opportunity to express how they feel or perceive older persons in general or with whom they had a personal connection.

All Handwerker Gallery events are free and open to the public. For more information, contact Cheryl Kramer, assistant professor of art history and Handwerker Gallery director, at 607-274-3548.
