Ithaca College

The School of Business is delighted to announce a new member of the Ithaca College and School of Business community. Ayana Richardson has joined the School of Business as assistant dean for student services.  

Ayana holds a bachelor's degree in finance and international business from the Stern School of Business at New York University, as well as a master's degree in hospitality and tourism management from the Evelyn T. Stone College at Roosevelt University.

Ayana has over nine years of progressive experience in all aspects of the job description. Her most recent position was director of student services and graduate school registrar at Cornell University. The search committee commented on Ayana's strong communication skills and an ability to effectively engage with students, staff, and faculty. And they remarked about her demonstrated ability to generate new ideas from an entrepreneurial mindset.
