Ithaca College

Friends, classmates, colleagues, and staff and faculty members are invited to celebrate the life of Andrea Morton '10 on Monday, Oct. 19, at 7 p.m. in Muller Chapel. The memorial service will include a prelude by the Ithaca College Women's Chorale beginning at 6:40 p.m.

Andrea passed away last April 29 following a brief illness. A physical therapy major and voice minor, she was involved in numerous campus activities. She served as a resident assistant in Emerson Hall, lifeguard for the Office of Recreational Sports, and admissions ambassador and was a member of the Women’s Chorale, Student Physical Therapy Club, and club soccer team. She had been inducted into the Oracle Honor Society and was among a select group honored with the Peggy R. Williams Award for Academic and Community Leadership. In May she was posthumously named to the college’s RA Hall of Fame.

Andrea’s family will be in attendance at the service, and we hope that members of the campus community will take this opportunity to join in supporting them as well as one another.
