Campus Center Managers Kaleigh Mrowka and Kiera Duckworth present at regional ACUI ConferenceContributed by Sybil Conrad on 11/11/2009 On Saturday, November 7th, in front of a large enthusiastic audience, Campus Center Managers Kaleigh Mrowka and Kiera Duckworth presented a session titled “Managing Personalities” at the Association of College Unions International Conference in Rochester, NY. This interactive session taught student managers and Union professionals the impact of personality types and power dynamics on staff relationships and interactions. Participants learned how to recognize various personality types and apply strategies to facilitate a positive and productive work environment. The session was well presented and received great feedback from attendees. Kudos to Kaleigh and Kiera for their professionalism and skill in creating a presentation that was intriguing and dynamic. |
