Three Students Participate in IRTS Multicultural Career WorkshopContributed by Melissa Gattine on 12/13/2011
Shante Snipes ’13 and Brandon McCullough ’12, integrated marketing communications majors, and Justina Kofie ’13, a TV-Radio major, participated in the two-day workshop to learn about opportunities in radio, TV, advertising, and digital media. Representatives from more than 30 major communications companies attended. The students were able to participate in various sessions, network with professionals, and have one-to-one meetings. The two-day event continues to be recognized by human resource professionals as one of the best places to find skilled students and recent grads for job and internship opportunities.
