Turning Technologies NXT clickers have been selected to replace the current eInstruction PRS clickers starting for Fall 2012.  Representatives from Turning Technologies  will be on campus on May 15 for three live demonstrations of the latest software and features  All faculty who have used clickers in the past or want to learn more are encouraged to attend.

There will be three sessions all in the Cayuga Lake Room of the Campus Center on May 15, 2012. Registration is appreciated to determine refreshments and lunch counts.

9:30 am- 11:00 am Register
11:30 am -1:30 pm (includes lunch)  Register
2:00 pm - 3:30 pm Register

Turning Technologies NXT system offers some improvements over the current system which include:

1. Integration with Sakai
2. Robust self-paced testing mode
3. Software and receiver are contained in one USB drive with 4G storage.
4. Software can be used with Powerpoint or any application and is completely cross platform
5. A mobile option is available for responding with smartphones and laptops
