May 11 paychecks will be distributed normally. If you will not be at your on-campus or local address to receive your check (and you do not have direct deposit), it will take longer for you to receive your paycheck.
If you set up direct deposit by May 7, then your check will be deposited into your bank account on May 11 (and thereafter as appropriate). You can do this by logging into IC Student Employee Self-Service in Parnassus and selecting the “Manage Direct Deposit Information” link to enter your bank account information.
If you are working after May 11, you can expect to receive your check at your local or permanent home address on file with the Registrar’s Office (unless you have set up direct deposit).
We will not hold any checks for pick up, and we cannot accept self-addressed envelopes to mail paychecks to an alternate address.
