Volunteers Needed for Speaker Series at LongviewContributed by Christine Pogorzala on 06/04/2012 There has been a very successful ongoing speaker series at Longview since the beginning of the IC/LV Partnership in Spring 1999. These presentations are informal and can be academic in nature or related to areas of personal interest. An appreciative audience is guaranteed! A speaker is currently needed for the evening of Wednesday, July 25th. Presentations are given in Longview's auditorium and are generally scheduled from 7:00 - 8:00 PM. Anyone who is interested in volunteering, or would like more information should contact Chris Pogorzala (pogorzal@ithaca.edu or 274-1051). Additional speakers will be needed for the fall (September through December); anyone who is interested in more long range scheduling can also contact Chris. |
