 Stephen Tropiano co-chairs Governors Award Committee

Stephen Tropiano, associate professor of screen studies and director of the Los Angeles Program, is co-chairing the Governors Award Committee for the Academy of Television Arts & Sciences for the forthcoming 64th Annual Emmy Awards. 

The Governors Award is given to an individual, company, or an organization for the outstanding achievement in the arts, sciences, or management of television. The award will be presented at the Creative Arts Emmys on September 15, which will air on Reelz Channel on Saturday, September 17th.
