City Year is an education focused, nonprofit organization that unites young people of all backgrounds for a year of full-time service to keep students in school and on track to graduation.  As an Americorps program, Corp Members receive living stipends, health care and additional benefits.

At City Year's 21 locations across the United States and two international affiliates, teams of young people called corps members serve full-time in schools for 10 months as tutors, mentors and role models.  By focusing on attendance, behavior and course performance, corps members are uniquely able to help students and schools succeed.

The City Year career information session will be held on Monday, Sept. 10 at 3:00pm in Career Services.  Reserve your seat by using your eRecruiting account.

You can also meet the recruiter during the Job, Internship & Volunteer Fair on Monday, September 10 from 5:00pm - 7:30pm in Emerson Suites.  Check out the fair contest on Twitter/Facebook.
