The "IC A Healthy Me" wellness challenge is a 6-week series of fitness, nutrition, and mind based activities geared towards encouraging staff and faculty to develop holistic healthy habits that they can sustain for the rest of their lives. All Ithaca College faculty and staff are invited to join. It's a wonderful time of year to focus on you and your health!
The kickoff and informational session is scheduled for OCTOBER 15, 1:00pm - 2:00pm in the Emerson Suites. Please RSVP by emailing email@example.com.

This semester’s challenge features collaboration between the Office of Human Resources and IC Dining Services/Sodexo. Our student interns are working together to implement a comprehensive program for you! Here is some information about them:
Shuaibu Ali (Sha) is a senior Health Science major with a concentration in Pre-Medical studies. Sha is the Lead Student intern on the “IC A Healthy Me” wellness initiative presented by the Office of Human Resources’ Benefits & Work/Life Department. Sha is dedicated to the wellness and well-being of all!
Ithaca Dining Services currently has two Nutrition Interns; Anna Blumenthal, Health Sciences with a Concentration in Nutrition, '14, and Emily Kauffman, Exercise Science, '14. These interns are working with Ithaca Dining Services Sustainability Coordinator, Stephanie Piech, and Nutrition Professor and Registered Dietitian, Julia Lapp.
