Active Minds, Inc. started National Day Without Stigma "to eliminate the shame and discrimination surrounding mental health disorders by creating communities of understanding, support, and help-seeking." Active Minds chapters on campuses across the nation will offer programming to support National Day Without Stigma. Active Minds at Ithaca College will offer for the campus community a Speak Your Mind (SYM) Panel. SYM Panels are comprised of a few students who talk candidly about their experience living with or supporting someone with a mental illness. You are invited to attend Active Minds at Ithaca College's SYM Panel, Tuesday, October 9th. 4-5pm, CNS 112.
