The "Aging with Disabilities and Quality of Life“ workshop will be held Wednesday, November 14th, from 2 to 4:30 p.m. at the Country Inn and Suites, 1100 Danby Road, Ithaca (just 5 minutes south of the college).
Pat Montanez and Edina Williams-Batar, from the Franziska Racker Centers, will offer a presentation focused on important issues related to aging and people with disabilities. It will also examine how building connections within the community strengthens and lends valued resources to seniors.
IC faculty and students may attend at no charge, but must register. For more detailed information and to register visit, http://ithaca.edu/agingworkshops/.
