Due to the Holiday break, timecards for the pay period December 17 through December 30, must be submitted, and approved, by noon on Thursday, December 20 for payment on Friday, January 4, 2013. Timecards approved after noon on Thursday will be paid in the next payroll on Friday, January 18.
It is the employee’s responsibility to make sure that his/her timecard is approved. You can view your timecard status under “Recent Timecards” in Parnassus. Any timecard that does not have the status of “Approved” will not be processed.
If you are scheduled to work during the holiday break, please call the Payroll Office at (607) 274-3874 or (607) 274-3133 or email firstname.lastname@example.org for information on how to complete your timecard for the pay period ending December 30. As always, please feel free to contact Payroll with any other questions or concerns.
Please disregard this message if you did not work, or are not planning to work, between December 17 and December 30.
