Join Heather Vanca, the Personal Wellness Manager from eni, to learn how to set healthy and actionable goals for the New Year. Her presentation will include (1) How to Create a Wellness Vision, (2) How to Stick With Your Goal Throughout the Year, and (3) Examples of SMART Behavorial Goals.
