Tour Ithaca Dining Services/Sodexo’s Food Lab and Find “The Story Behind the Food”

Join Stephanie Piech, Sustainability Coordinator for Ithaca Dining Services, on a tour of the Terrace Dining Hall’s Food Lab and Simple Servings Station. This tour will include an introduction to the Food Lab and Simple Servings Station as well as a presentation about additional places to find unique and nutritious options elsewhere on campus.

The Food Lab is an exhibition style station located in Terrace Dining Hall that aims to tell the story behind the food.

The Simple Servings Station does NOT offer foods made with Peanuts, Tree Nuts, Shellfish, Wheat, Soy, Milk Products, Eggs, or Gluten!

WHEN: Wednesday, March 6, 2013, 11:00am – 12:00pm

WHERE: Terrace Dining Hall

Space is limited to 35 participants and RSVP’s are required to benefits@ithaca.edu or x4-8000 by 12:00pm on Friday, March 1, 2013. A wait list will be established in case of cancelations.
