Hello IC Campus Community!
The Spring 2013 Block 2 Group Exercise schedule is now available. The new schedule will take effect beginning on Monday 3/18.
Next block we will be offering 26 FREE classes including BODYPUMP, Zumba, Group Cycling, Kripalu Yoga,
TRX Suspension Training, Aqua Zumba, and Zumba Toning. Sign-ups are available 30 minutes before each class and are handled on a first come first served basis.
