Wellness Wednesdays, the bring-your-lunch series for students, faculty, and staff is back. Instead of weekly speakers, most weeks there will be a drop-in practice session of meditation techniques. Occasionally, we will also have outside speakers on other forms or meditation or stress management.
Meditation can help reduce stress and relax! You are welcome to drop in for this weekly group whether you’re a beginner or a person experienced with meditation.
Come for one meeting to check it out with no commitment or join us every week if you like what you find. Group meets Wednesdays noon-12:50 PM in the Taughannock Falls Room (3rd floor Campus Center) and runs at that time every Wednesday when classes are in session.
