The College is committed to supporting employees in multiple ways. With this comes an understanding that everyone’s needs are different at different times in our lives. To help manage the various demands of work and life outside of work, you may want to consider a Flexible Work Arrangement.
Flexible Work Arrangements include:
In general, to be eligible, an employee must be a benefits-eligible staff member who has successfully completed his/her probationary period, with a satisfactory record of performance and no disciplinary issues. A flexible work arrangement may be considered when the arrangement works for both the employee and Ithaca College.
If you are interested in learning more about Flexible Work Arrangements, The Office of Human Resources is holding informational sessions for supervisors and employees. The following sessions will be available in the Peggy Ryan Williams Center on the Garden Level.
