Due to scheduled maintenance, the campus telephone system, including voicemail, will be unavailable on Saturday, June 15 from 5:30-7:30 a.m. and on Saturday, June 29 from 5:30-9:30 a.m.

Additional Phone Upgrades the week of June 17th:
During the week of June 17th, users of Dterm “display” phones may notice a 1-2 minute telephone service outage. Up to 16 phones at a time, which may or may not be in the same physical area, will be impacted. No active phone calls will be dropped. During the brief outage, the phone display panels will go blank and there will be no dial tone. When service is fully restored, the display panels will show the date and time. The Office of Public Safety’s phone line (607-274-3333) will not be disturbed by this upgrade.
Please note: Any customized ringtones that have been set will revert to the standard ringtone. Follow these instructions to reset a desired ringtone:
