Miranda Kaye presented a talk titled The Motivational Effects of a 12-week Multipoint Wellness Education Intervention at the North American Society for Psychology of Sport and Physical Activity (NASPSPA) in New Orleans, LA. This research was conducted in collaboration with Gary Sforzo. Results indicated that increased wellness knowledge indirectly effects motivation to exercise. Exercise motivation at the end of the 12 weeks was in turn associated with higher levels of exercise.
