Please join us as Dr. Gary Sforzo, Department of Exercise and Sport Sciences, discusses difficulties and barriers that lead many of us into poor eating habits and stand in our way of adopting a healthy diet. During his presentation, Gary will offer advice and you will learn tips and tricks to help you eat better. Alternative pathways (not weight loss) to achieve your wellness goals will also be addressed!
