The room reservation system will be shut down beginning the morning of Sunday, July 14, 2013, until the morning of Thursday, July 18, 2013 to migrate our current reservation systems up to the CollegeNet servers. Please be aware that no one will be able to access any of the reservation systems and members of the Campus community will not be able to make any reservations during this time.
We apologize for any inconvenience and we thank you for your patience. Please keep an eye to Intercom for further updates as the week progresses.
We are expecting the reservation systems to be back online by the morning of Thursday, July 18, 2013. Please note that once the system is back up there will be a new web address for accessing the R25 Webviewer: https://webviewer.collegenet.com/ithaca . The WebViewer can also be accessed as it was before through a link on the Campus Center and Event Services (CC&ES) Website: http://www.ithaca.edu/eventservices/servicesroom/roomreservations/ . Please make sure you change any bookmarks you may have made that are for the previous web address.
