Sign up to receive a summary of Intercom headlines via e-mail three times a week.

Starting the morning of Friday, August 9th, ITS will be upgrading the FootPrints call tracking system, which is used for tracking requests and problem reports from customers. FootPrints will be unavailable for the entire business day, which will limit some Helpdesk services.

We will only be able to process new trouble tickets that are of a critical nature, and we will not be able check the status of any pending problem tickets.

We will be open our normal hours (8:00 am-3:00 pm) for phone calls and walk-ins, and will also be responding to email messages.

We apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause. We expect to be back to normal business operations as of 8:00 am on Monday, August 12th.
